You would have to show me who has threatened to use guns to stop the enforcement of the Constitutionally dubious healthcare takeover to convince me your analogy has merit.

The prospect of a civil war was raised right here on this thread. It wasn't a direct threat but the gleam in the eye was apparent. Then there was that story about they guy who would resist arrest for nonpayment of his fine. That fanciful incident suggested the use of violence. Even sensible Tim is treating the penalties for non-compliance as an attack on the person of citizens. I wouldn't be surprised to find that there were many out there who would find this assault on freedom worth taking up arms.

Huh? You asked me about eminent domain????

The point remains that it is right for moderates and conservatives to rise up and fight the usurpation of freedom that democrats are trying to make Obama's one "accomplishment" to brag about in his state of the union address.

Everybody has been trying to refocus our dysfunctional health care system forever; Obama isn't unique he has been uniquely successful (time will tell).
