Well, it was the first thing that crossed my mind when I read that part of the prospectus. But I suspect that Sprott will be fairly vigilant. I see that E&Y are the auditors but I did not catch how often audits will be conducted or whether E&Y is just auditing the books or also on the hook to conduct physical audits. May have to dig in to the details later.

How could you not trust this guy? <g>
