"UNH, CI and AET are all trading at highs for the year, with a huge push since the "deal" was announced this week. Does that sound like they "lost"?" Yep, those stocks would be in the crapper if anyone believed they won't come out of this for the better. Somebody posted the Squid's analysis of health care companies under various legislative scenarios. Wish I could find that. Disagree on necessity of tort reform, but we've been down that road.
