Yep, those stocks would be in the crapper if anyone believed they won't come out of this for the better. Somebody posted the Squid's analysis of health care companies under various legislative scenarios. Wish I could find that.

Disagree on necessity of tort reform, but we've been down that road.

I went to a number of doctors this month (cashing in after meeting my deductible and out of pocket limits), and every one of them made me sign an arbitration agreement. And this is California, where we have caps on non-economic damages and attorney fees in med mal cases.

I'm assuming that doctors all over the country are requiring arbitration agreements.
