Healthy outcomes??? lolol So if my computer every crashes Gates should give me my money back? same with cars,homes,food they should be free unless I get a healthy outcome from them ?

what is a healthy outcome? If a dr treats you for heart attack and tells you to lose weight and you don't and you have another heart attack does the Dr. lose the money from the first one ?
