Are you actually trying to claim the shortage of primary care physicians isn't a problem? Pretty much everyone who has even vague familiarity with the situation knows that Medicare and Medicaid have driven physicians out of primary care.

In every town? Of course not. Those with 5,000 square foot houses do well. Those serving persons who have to live on government programs, different story. Nobody wants to go to med school and spend the rest of life hand-to-mouth, which is what government run health care means for providers.
