>>> Hardly the catastrophic scenario you portray in your posts

I don't think it is a "catastrophic scenario" today. People still have primary care from LNPs and PAs. But make no mistake, when you're seeing an LNP or PA rather than an MD, the quality of your care is reduced (a lot of docs would disagree I'm certain, but I work in a lot of clinics and in many, the oversight is NOT what it ought to be).

The problem is in its infancy today. But the projections are not encouraging at all. You people have been wringing your hands about giving everyone "access" to health care, yet, you seem to have no concern whatsoever about the fact that there are no doctors available to see more patients if they DO show up. And the problem gets vastly worse over time.

Just because YOU can get walk-in service doesn't mean EVERYONE can. It IS a very serious problem, and it IS going to be made worse by the passage of time and by any of the proposed legislation.

It is interesting that bogus, ginned up problems like GW get you all excited but actual, verifiable problems the left just ignores.
