The development of physicians to serve a population is a very long-term affair, potentially affecting multiple generations over decades. This is another bullshit argument...delivering health care to millions of americans lacking it or forced to crisis care only should not be subjugated to the various facets of your paranoia or political inclinations... your view is that it's ok for your fellow citizens to suffer through poor or no care as long as your precious status quo is unaffected....that's the typical republican credo to everything that involves social problems in general...we got that, ok?
