I doubt they would change it either. I doubt we will see a constitutional convention. Not in my lifetime anyway. They sure could clear up a lot of bogus issues.

When Republicans control Congress, will they give us another fiscally irresponsible program like they did with Part D Medicare which was unfunded or another Trillion dollar war like Iraq which was also not funded?
