the coal aggregators deal with multiple coal resource owners and equipment providers, as an overarching and continuing business, that of aggregating coal from spotty and patchy quiltwork of operations

each site is only good for 3-4 years of production, perhaps exploiting 10 out of 14 layers at current cost and price structure

but there are many sites in a very large jungle

this mode of coal economy can only be when some one, or a lot of some ones take up the role of aggregator - the mining equivalent of farming cooperative

the entire structure seem to rest upon a bunch of handshake agreements and astute watch/brief/divide/conquer and clever money dispensing

we only look to buy the output, and absolutely leave the operations to souls more worthy or less timid

i am scheduling a trip to the people democratic republic of mongolia in the first quarter, to look-see, or ocular inspect, as well as chit chat
