Telling the Chinese how the west work. The Chinese reason that if one is doing a very easy, unchallenging work, he is unsafe since his job can disappear next morning. They told if one goes to Nokia, he is always worrying because they give the person mindless work. I explained to them that in the west we have what is called a bureaucracy. I explained that bureaucracy was devised for society operate even if the ignorant masses was millions. The state trained a cadre of civil servants to command and control. They were the tools whereby the ignorant mass lived. Once the ignorant mass was educated the bureaucracy became less required but the command and control was still needed. Therefore it was invented and implemented an electronic bureaucracy. The mindless head, arms and legs are there still in front of the computer which replaced the paper and pencil. To cut costs, the mindless head, arms and legs was outsourced to countries fiull of low cost key board workers. Look to that and then plot yourself, I told the lady: You work but the command and control is hovering around you. You don´t need to think. You must not think either. Thus the unchallenging of the work environment that pervades the western world. In Hiawei, she continued, people are forced to learn all kinds of job functions. Sales, operations, logistics, technical support, technical sales, marketing… They want the person to be able to be used as the conditions and the situation required. Once they move into a western company, say Nokia, they are given a mindless job and they feel insecure, bored and eventually leave in six months.

new super duper give it away price pc with win 7, has of all things for a screen saver, bubbles. so it was given, so it is selected. some silly peepole selling gold in the spot market again. even though russia is buying 30 tons. brain and thought are not always in sync. i am patient. synaptic lags are not forever. new bridges can be built. so i'm told. so nice here w/o maurice, the whining bunch, and know it all but what counts folks. the cleansing was precise, and medically clean. notably, msft's new OS, is not only humble, it is friendly. steve must have taken a happy pill during development. in all these years, i have never seen anything like this rollout. jobs better go mainstream with his prices and his os. this thing is super friendly and hardware prices of course are hugely competitive with mr. wonder's now very proprietary approach. who's the devil now. LOL. the top end intel7 chip, is a cool processing babe. sleek, not heat, but radiating full warmth and teasing me to do more. pc karma. dual 3ms screens, and no waiting on page bring.. unless it is the sources fault. i cannot stand all of this efficiency. must call the BLS so they can tweak their numbers for the bulls.
