including Obama Haven't seen that one or any action - even the money he gave to the energy dept. mostly went for the less ready wind and solar. Obama's role right now should be to have the energy dept start a review of the 33 month permit review process as England just finished and stream line it to 18 months or less as they have. That wouldn't even involve the nasty details of building one or spending vast sums - but it would be proof of what you claim. So far nothing - if Obama had changed any policy it would be big news. A targeted review of dirty plants to replace and a schedule would be real test of Hope & Change.
