I would think that your survival would mean something if it wasn't accompanied by the concurrent survival of billions, who are competing with you and yours. At some point, after we are dead and gone, these umpty billions (which may or may not include your descendants) will crowd each other out. Another bit of malevolent humor from the entity, who seems to enjoy teasing and torturing us as much as divinely possible all while being loved and adored.

All the evidence, and biological theory, suggests that this is an unduly optimistic idea. Just ponder what the most advanced society, of the Germans, recently did to the Jews (and others). Then think about what the Jews are doing to the Arabs.
