I agree with George and Lee. I'll take my chances in the bankruptcy court if it gets that far. VOTING NO ON ALL!!! I remember the last time we went through this they said the share increase was to make room for the Perot exercise. Was anyone else told this?........ Its time to get together and VOTE NO!!!

T All,

Does anyone have any studies or reports that give some solid info about the results of reverse splits?

Regular splits generally go up in price immeadialty and then settle back. I understand that generally it is the reverse for reversee splits. They both settle down after awhile.

I'm not talking about some individual horror stories. I mean Studies.

Tim

Management cannot announce that which they do not have. Although d.b.Express has been "integrated into British Telecom's Syncordia Services C-View product . . .there can be no asssurances that an agreement with British Telecom will be executed or whether any revenues will result therefrom." See the annual report at page 5.

I'll go back to watching the drive through safari with my windows rolled up. Lurking. . . .

George,
I had asked Gary Green when he first came on this thread, was he or his firm the atty of record on the LAWSUIT that was recently settled with I believe, but not sure , cash and stock? He did say he had been a share holder so he very well could have been part of that claim .
HE NEVER DID RESPOND TO THIS QUESTION. Just insulted me.

Dorine
KEEP THE FAITH

George, try again Herb and I have a perfect marraige, ask Stan gggg
