P.E. is not a new diagnosis, or a new market. Drug companies have considered drugs for P.E. for years, and I can remember trials going way back. Part of the problem for drug companies trying to come out with something new, there are generic drugs, such as paroxitene (Paxil), which have been used (off label) for a long time to treat P.E., and they often work fairly well.
