should i be able to side-step emergency travel on thursday, hk-resident members of the property club i founded and operate will gather for festive season meal at the water's edge house where successive colonial waterworks masters used to call home and by all reports, the hk property club is the best single investment they ever made, when compared against stocks, bonds, and private homes in italy, germany, america, australia, as well as private equities in aggregate. it feels goood to be of good service to fellow travellers of great faith. my guess is that hk real estate will do more than fine in the 21st century, when even compared against gold and platinum, and that such will not likely be true for a whole lot of other places. let us watch n brief. cheers, tj
