Did you know that he has never gotten third party verification that there is ANYTHING on those properties he has for sale. He may be the biggest scam artist on the internet. None of his facts are viable. He stinks to high heaven. He also sells a newsletter that talks of crooks from what I understand. He would know that stuff, I'm sure!
