It would be nice if they're going to go around "enfranchising" people that those people at LEAST know the names of the non-black candidates. That doesn't seem too much to ask. And it might even be a good idea if they could identify the source of the money their candidate will be handing out if he is elected. Because most of the people "enfranchised" by ACORN can't even tell you where the money comes from. Do we REALLY need people like this voting? How about they at least demonstrate a reasonable knowledge of history? Like, "You can vote if you can name the first president. Who was it?"

"Because they're a pretty good organization that helps to enfranchise the poor." I think the (R) types don't WANT to see the poor "enfranchised", thus the hatred and paranoia over ACORN. That, and the fact that it's a largely black organization. What I saw on those videos were some bored ACORN employees playing along with the two white jerkoff kids.
