Well he could have. Bush could have. They could have called James Bond in and if that failed he could call the CIA in.....oooops that would be a failure for sure. He could have called in the Hells Angels. If all else failed he could have bribed someone in Saddams inner circle with a billion dollars.

There were lots of ways to effect change without destroying the cradle of civilization, its museums, innocent people by the tens of thousands and the list goes on and on. Fact is they wanted a war because it had to do with capturing the oil fields and nothing at all to do with Saddam.
