What a great idea jim...let's wait to get the "science straight" which will very possibly coincide with the point at which there is no return...brilliant. This is an utterly stupid remark. You would throw trillions of dollars at a problem you can't even prove exists, let alone one that can't be shown to be subject to any adjustment by human behavior?
