It's all lip service. Talking down the rich on wall street sits well with the base. Of course, like you said it's all after the fact. Actions speak louder than words. Let's see him bust them back to glass stegal and before. I'll shake his hand in praise.

They don't get it...you guys are drawing down $10, $20 million bonuses after America went through the worst economic year that's it's gone through in decades, and you guys caused the problem.<< uh, technically, you* gave them the unrestricted money to pay themselves bonuses. the money is debt paradigm has to go away - and until it does, the money will continue to transfer from main street to wall street and guys just like obama will oversee the whole process and lie to cover it up the whole way.
