They would have to be nuts to be doing anything else, IMO.

This may sound preposterous, but I think one reason each SNSS financing unit was designed to contain 1 share of preferred instead of 10 shares of common was to take advantage of investors who get their data from Yahoo and won’t—or can’t—figure out what the hell is going on.
