I don't know that there is any difference at all between our positions on North Korea. I believe, (and have LONG believed), that their insane Stalinist Dictatorship is clearly one of the two or three WORST governments on the face of the Earth... arguably the worst. And I believe that NO aid of any sort should be ever sent to them, the regime should be 'starved out', and that all their illegal exports should be seized, and I am also of the firm belief that government-sponsored counterfeiting of another nation's currency is a clear act of war.... (So, where's the 'difference'? :-)
