BS, Tim. Detroit AND the big three have been in a downward slop since the 1980s. Detroit's fortunes have been directly tied to the auto industry since Ford built the Model T. The auto industry needed cheap labor so it recruited blacks from the South who settled in Detroit proper. White flight left the city with only the poorest residents in the metro area. The city has become a graveyard of burnt houses and businesses, and people.

A crime has been committed in Detroit and the perp is capitalism.

What a crock.

At let me add........and incompetent Rs running the big three.

Check this out Inode. 22 "missing e-mails" have been found from the Bush administration and the AP is right on top of the story:

news.yahoo.com

Meanwhile, they sat on the Climategate e-mail story until weeks after it broke.

Nah, the AP can't be biased. Alghieri said so!
