Al Gore had a talk with Wieslav Maslowski a year ago and he quoted a "ballpark figure" from that discussion. Of course, everyone realizes that future projections are never 100% certain. The spin doctors love to bandy about the word "lie" when someone dares to make one (technically it's not a "lie", but puppets like picanose lap such talk up). But they remember the heinous lies of GWB/Cheney, how they were exposed and now want their pound of flesh.
