Use Paint or another pic editor and save it as JPG.

But I have not been able to upload any charts for months.

As per SI Bob he scraped the image uploader today even after I made a Dummies book for him <g>.

So all you can do now is hotlink to the image you want to post.
I made this video for people that don't know how to hotlink.

If you have a site to host you image use .gif or .png, don't use .jpg as that is for photos.

.png you loose no data and the image is clean, .gif is the next best.

(use .png for captures)
