Dale, I have corresponded directly with the ELNK CEO and have a high regard for his ability, no way I would short it. Just regret that I didn't take the long position that I was contemplating at the time.

Dale, one of my investing "secrets" is to look very closely at the ablility, integrity, character, and personality of the CEO. Being a CEO myself, I recognize that the fortunes of almost all companies revolve around the actions of the CEO. A good CEO can not always create success, but a bad CEO will nearly always create failure. When I short a company for more than a day trade, you can be pretty sure that I am betting against the CEO.
