Gene: Thanks for your response. As you suggested, I will sit and watch the further development of RADAF although it is a great company in terms of fundamentals. One issue I don't understand is that many stocks plunge significantly in the previous day, which certainly are not candidates of stock picking from TA or 3 MA technique because they violate the uptrends of MA curves. However, many of them rebound very well in the next day. A recent example is DOW performance in the last week. After Monday it crashed 7.8%, DOW recovered almost 4% on the next day. How do we use TA to explain this phenomenon? As you mentioned ZITL and RFMI in another post, I happen to know them very well. Consider both company fundamentals, RFMI is much better than ZITL. I predict RFMI will recover on Monday. If it really does, how do we use three MA technique to explain it?
