And again, you go for the lies and ignore the reality.

The Presidential Records Act of 1978 and the Hatch Act are pretty clear. All correspondence is to be preserved. Using non .gov servers doesn't change that. Because the legislation doesn't specify any particular media or method of conveyance. It is sort of like claiming that memos printed on paper bought from Costco is exempt because it didn't come from the stationary cabinet in the office.
