You can still post charts from other sites and if you have you own place to park images and other stuff just hot link from there. I use my own servers, have been since 1995.

I don't know where one can rent web space, but if believe when you get an Internet connection they can set you up with some web space. You would have to call your provider.

You can still post with the {chart} {/chart} syntax from say StockCharts for example.. just the uploader tool which was relatively new is gone.. Downside is you could post more as the site hosted the images.. so unless you have a site of your own or a picture place that supports links stuff from your own pc becomes problematic...

Gold labouring here... let's see if it can hold and continue to base...

EDIT: Strong dollar talk is to prevent USD from cratering.. I think they want it a little lower yet.. It was just starting to allow the US to be more competitive export wise ... but if it tanks too low or too fast everyone loses except the few with a bunker of ammo, bullion and beans.. :O) Preventing the financial meltdown from getting worse might have been the easiest job Bernanke has cut out for him..
