Makes no matter who did what to whom, Nixon had a better bill in the works in '74 than we had in Sept, with a public option in it. If that's out, Medicare 55 out, OPM panel out, single payer out, & whatever else I've forgotten out, that puts a whole bunch of Dems (5 nor 6?), + Lieberman and the rest of his R's, well to the right of Nixon. So, in 35 years we go backwards from Nixon and call it reform and progress? I don't think so. I cannot believe I am praising Nixon.
