Ed Ajootian: Yes, looked at HEAT when it was mentioned here previously. My choice (and my buy) was NY-based Graham ([t]GHM[/t]). It seemed more attractive to me on some of its fundamentals. Did/does not have the sales growth of HEAT though. Both stocks have appreciated, and I'm out of GHM now.

HEAT at current price, too expensive for me based on most of the fundamental measures I like to use. For a growth stock -- if sales and net profit margins hold up, at a forward p/e of 22 (per Yahoo estimate), it could still be bought, I guess. (Not by me though -g-)

As far as the specifics of HEAT's business-- plate heat exchangers-- about that I have no knowledge or opinion.

HEAT's come down in price from highs, although still up quite a bit from when you/others discussed it and heat exchangers here last year.

The stock is still too expensive for me on the numbers I look at. I'll take a chance on GTLS for a few shares though at current price. It's a metal fabricator, and some of the things it builds are heat exchangers.
