Hawk, I'd first take care of my own home. If my house and yard were in a mess, I'd be a fool to go over and clean my neighbor's house and yard before my own. So, I think it foolish to go outside the continent to do good deeds when they are needed here first. And, I wouldn't like my neighbors telling me to go and clean houses and yards in the next county or state. Especially if they didn't help to clean up their own neighborhood first. I'd consider them a bunch of nuts, wouldn't you?
