Roger, The reduced rate of posting is easily explained.
Persons, rats, etc reduce behaviors when they are not
reinforced and reduce them even more when they are
punished. I have a friend that asks me to avoid even
giving him a quote when his stocks are taking a beating.
Having had a visit or two to the woodshed myself this
past week, I understand his position, although I do
not subscribe to it.

By the way, the whole market does not have to drop
to produce this behavior nor do you have to be long.
Remember all the shorts that appeared on the VVUS
thread when it dropped from 80 to 30 and how we all
disappeared when it went back up.

Bob

Roger,

Thanks for yor input on ELNK. It popped up on my radar screen based on bad technicals. As always, I appreciate the additional insight I routinely gather from this thread.

Now the question is- what DO you consider to be excellent shorts for the next 2-4 weeks besides our usual favorites? Just looking to build my short positions at this point since I think the market will drift down from here.
