Detroit is a "Bsd Chicago." The Michigan State and local Pols are just making it worse.

Detroit has not aged well. I read somewhere that they were asking for 500 minimum bids at a home auction and not even able to get that. Unreal the pit they have fallen into.

There are some real deals on real estate in Detroit. If one were of the "Urban Pioneer" mindset, there might be something to make of it there. Of course, you'd need to carry a .45 ACP and a Mini-30 wherever you went, but what the hell...
