stockman, that is an excellent article and one that speaks to exactly the phenomenon I've posted on here before. I've always said that the GOP has enormous message discipline, even when they are out of power. And I've said recently that even though the Dems have better ideas to save this country from itself today, they are still a disorganized rabble that can't distinguish their a-holes from a hole in the ground. If anyone doubts this, let's review the last 6 months of health care and renewable energy. Despite having a super majority in both houses and a Dem President, the Dems aren't getting what they want passed into law. WTF! Well, the GOP could have told you why. At the end of the day, it isn't about who's in power. It's about where you spend your time and effort and it's about party and message discipline. The Dems have none, and as such, they won't get much done until they figure out how to develop and maintain party and message discipline. That's damn sad, because the Dems have the right ideas on health care, renewable energy, and foreign affairs. But the right idea without the ability to execute isn't enough.
