I could not articulate that but instinctively I knew it. The guy on the cheap will win.

I see the Chinese working for Huawei and I marvel the toughness of those guys.

I see the other company enegaing Portuguese and they have bse camps with Satellite TV, tanks with water and all that is required for a modern man to live in the middle of nowhere.

I eat and rink with the Chinese troops at times on I go to bush. I was tough like hell when I was about 25. But even that toughness does not compare with the Chinese here.

Thus a Taliban is matched with the environment and can do damage at low cost.

2001 I read a Russian veteran. He told they'd need to haul drinking water. The Taliban would drinkk from poodles of water and kept going. Any man drinking that water would die. For the Taliban was normal.

The veteran Russian said: Do not go there. Oh, that is antiquity. The gyy said we can bomb them form the air.

The Russian replied: "What would you achieve? You will just shake the pile of rubble that is in there already."
