>>>I know many of us are hurt and is still licking our wounds. But we have to be objective. <<<

Just because we are discussing a hypothetical situation, does not mean we truly believe that it is going to occur (at least not I). There is nothing wrong with such healthy debate. Besides, I haven't even heard any rumor about COMS taking out ASND anyway.

Style Pts.

<<ASND hired this guy because his experience in M&A would help in
assimilating CSCC in a smoother manner.>>

... and to help ASND in making intelligent acquisitions of their own
for needed technology.

Kumar, your post is one of the few that make some sense. The merger talk usually happens when we get panic and don't know where the stock is heading. It's a sign that the bottom is near based on my experience with PAIR. If 3Com and ASND did merger, I'd sell all of them and buy CSCO because that merger would be disasterous.

ASND's PR machine and IR department need to be more objective and honest with the shareholders. If Mory thinks he doesn't work for shareholders, then why did he go public 3 years ago? I think he meant to say it's not his full-time job to satisfy every shareholder.
