New WSJ/NBC poll results:

Obama's overall approval rating down to 47% (vs. 46% disapprove).

On the economy, 51% disapproval (42% approve).

Obamacare, 47% "bad idea" (32% "good idea").

Obama only gets a plurality of approval, 46% to 42%, on Afghanistan.

Congress, meanwhile, gets a 68% disapproval rating (22% approve).
