Do you like pasta? I have a great lasagna or pasta with a vodka sauce.

Our traditional Christmas Eve dinner for years has been Veal Stew Marsala. Easy to make and quite good. Add french bread and a salad if you wish. Let me know if you want the recipe.

Probably a casserole or something similar

A holiday tradition is my family is celery casserole. It can be very inspiring. It once inspired my brother to say: "Why mother, this is the best ... ... ... celery casserole I have ever tasted."

Just use your imagination. There are dozens of ways to make it. The simple way is with Campbell's Nacho Cheese soup.
