C just broke its all time daily volume record in the first hour and a half of trading. 2.2 billion shares traded so far. Although C is down, there are a couple of favorable developments. First the government will hold on selling any of its shares for a few months. Second, the IRS has ruled favorably on potentially multi-billions of taxes that C may have been liable for. So, IMO, at this level there is a 50% potential in C, though I don't intend to hold mine beyond a 20% gain.
