A Hoax is a prank. Fraud is a crime.

Climate Alarm Hoaxters may have malicious motives or may be playing a prank.

Once a person or organization begins tinkering with data to create a false illusion of a crisis and subsequently benefiting from the increased 'investment' of governments or society they cross the line into fraud.

Take Wharffie and Kantie, they are most likely hoaxters. Phillip Jones, Terrence MAnn et all are clearly fraudsters.
