I'm a selective buyer with a deep understanding of which ones can or are intended to survive and which ones have been targeted to be a victim. Next time you get to Vegas take a drive by Red Rock Casinos to see the steel standing juxtapose, or the delayed Echelon project off the strip to see the steel standing or Fountain Blue to grasp Ol Fountain will be completed. It's just the who does it. Echelon's steel and Red Rocks steel will sit there for a long time and on an aside as one peeks at MGM CITY CENTER. Who really owns what there? I was just there. Nice project yet I couldn't help wonder 10 years from now what percentage will belong to whom? Bottom line is as you note just because there's rotation it doesn't mean all boats will rise. Finally as I took a closer look at that BP SPX MO this AM. The data suggested we continue to drop from the 50 area to the 35 area. That can easily occur and still set up for a nice rally up. Except those looking for that biggest up day in history may have to wait a bit. IMHO
