Balance sheet is impossible for me to understand. phx.corporate-ir.net Who are these people who are so sure of Crimson? Company overly optimistic on how many and/or how much people would want to be in the stock: reuters.com Nevertheless, Crimson gets $200M to work with, and buyers now can get in almost 15-20% below the offering price. For me, I follow in willy-nilly now for a few shares on the assumption that maybe you buyers now and holders may be right with your positive views on the company's prospects and/or acreage valuation.
