Looks like there are truths and partial truths. What I don't understand is why Offutt would be on the endangered list--------has it been replaced by another site in the heartlands? At a time when we have the Pakistan, Afgantistan, Iran and Muslim world exploding in all directions seems to me we need those facilities such as Offutt even though they may be showing their age-------or better yet bring them up to date if they are not already up to date. There is only so much land in the USA and it hasn't drastically changed for military sites of all kinds. Obama is giving up Guantanamo thereby leaving us open to another military crisis from Cuba if some larger source wants to threaten the USA. Seems to me that Obama is leaving us totally vulnerable to outside forces threatening America. mj
