Happens every time. This is the third one of these real estate bubbles I've watched and this is just SOP. Lots of people who COULD stay decide to walk.

These are decent people who make good money.

This problem is a direct result of 30-year mortgages. Why anyone would buy a house on a 30y mortgage is totally beyond me. If you can't pay for it in 15 years you don't need it.
