Tom, excuse the acronym, N&B is Neuberger & Berman (http://www.nb.com). They are a well-established investment management firm that also runs a family of mutual funds. I work for a software company in downtown Boston (no IPO yet, but we're working on it). I have visited the Novartis website, they did a nice job on it. I also understand that their drug pipeline is healthy but I don't know the specifics of what is coming and when. I got into Novartis just under 57 and have been enjoying the ride since. I expect it to go quite a bit more though and will probably hold this one for years.
