Oh gee, I suppose that means people should get carbon credits for birth control implants, sterilizations, vasectomies, abortions, and like L&S said, masturbation ... and just being gay should get carbon points too - no breeding. Maybe there should be carbon taxes imposed on each baby. I suspect John Holdren would find this all quite rational.
