Reconciliation is a gray area. All it has to do is affect the budget. If it was a Republican priority, they would just say it affects the budget and passed it. What could anyone do?

Remember Scalia and the right wing stole the Florida election. They just did what they wanted. No one challenged them.

Bush passed two of his three, trillion dollar tax cuts for the rich using reconciliation. If the democratic senators decided to do it and said it was a budget matter what could anyone do?

Hell, it is THE budget issue. The baby boomers are here and they all need hip replacements-lol.
