//OT - You might want to research DIGL as well. I posted to Ibexx and you on the ATI thread about it, but you may not have seen the post. I still think that CTEC is a long term buy, but I'll wait until it settles for a while before buying more (I've already got what I consider a lot). You can check out the DIGL thread for more preliminary information.
