"Scandal", just more smearing by the scumbag shills. That Russian "source" is highly dubious at best. Media is ignoring this "scandal". Wonder why? Maybe it's because it's sheer utter bullshit. Conspiracy buffs always get frustrated when their ideas aren't in the mainstream.
